The well-known and well-loved Alpha of the Blackcaw pack was found brutally murdered on the precipice of Old Fenrir at twilight in late October. His pack found the corpse of their beloved leader, Crow, in a sorry state: brutally skinned, paws and head missing, hanging from the rocky cliff like a bad omen.
And indeed, the death of their once proud leader was to bode change for the normally peaceful clan of wolves, for vengeance was on the minds of Crow’s loyal followers, and particularly his daughter, Callisto.
The murderers, however, see it quite differently. Crow was not just a loving father and Alpha to a pack of wolves who adored him; he led a secret life to which not even his daughter was privy. A secret life that put him on many a wolf’s hit lists… What it was, exactly, that Crow had done to enrage so many wolves is still unknown. But his victims have formed a coalition, a pack of their own, to defeat Crow and any who stand in his name.
Callisto renamed her pack Inkwing in memorial of her Father. The pack of vengeful victims, rumors say, is called Gutterose. Another rumour says that it is Callisto's half-brother, Ganymede, who started the uprising...
Do you know what we don’t? Will you choose a side? Or watch the devastation from the sidelines… It’s your choice.

(Fair warning this is one of my worse posts. But its from another site which I will put up an affliates for. These are usually my standard postings and on the site this post comes from I handle and manage nine wolves of my own. And all have decent sized posts. So I do concider my posting Semi literate.
This is also where I came up with Balian, however in this post he's older but in this site I think I'll make him around three or so. In any case, hope you enjoy.)
Slow movements crushed the tall healthy blades of grass under strong pillars. One after another they fell into place, trecking the lone beast into the middle of the stead fast field. Relaxed was his composer, his head was swinging low in comfort, a white plume sailing on the gentle winds as they would rake through the long forgotten pelt of a young brujo. Well trained nares inhaled the sweet scents of the familiar field. This one place holding so much in prospective for the creature.
Lifting his head from its comfortable state, white lids rolled back smoothly, revealing a pair of rich black orbs. They closed again while nature's breath swept passed him, the cool winds was refreshing on his sweating pelt. A vigorous run before had given his sides reason to heave like they were. It was certainly a long journey for one so young, an experience he wouldn't soon forget and one that had revealed to him so many answers that he had only dreamt of knowing since the morn of his banishment. The sweet voices of the past lifted his ears, satisfation was embedded in his mind and sense of being, but one thing still plauged the young yearling.
An actual smile passed over the once hardened expression, the last few months had been adventurous to say the least. Drawing to a slow halt Tusani reclined to the soiled dirt, the grass was forced to part to create room and once the wolf was situated the blades, with the help of the constant winds, leaned towards the white hairs. Surrounding him and brushing up against his sides before the relaxing forest of grass had coaxed him to lay down. Pressing his slightly panting belly against the ground Tusani rolled over and laid there contently. For some strange reason he had come back to his puphood home. Why though was not an answer he had been able to aquire. He had an idea but it was absolutely far fetched, but he was here all the same.
A sigh escaped him slowly as his eyes closed, the field smothered the wolf and concealed him from prying eyes while he rested. His mind relaxed and soon his breathing shallowed out as a dream state set in. The wolf was quite aware of his surroundings but his mind was replaying the past couple months, sort of a day slumber. Ears pricked Tusani made no effort to chase away the images that started to form. His journey had been quite a detailed one, the mission near impossible but some how he had done it.
The night he had left the Outland Tusani had travelled quite a distance until he had come to the border lines of his first pack. Determined to find the answers he saught the wolf had camped out that night near the borders, and in the morning when he woke had howled to the skies for the highest ranked wolf to meet him. The wolf Zarhai had come and Tusani hadn't made the before mistakes of no submission. First try no respect had earned him a few well placed nips and bites to his flanks as the alpha had chased him off. Infuriated the young brute had waited the borders out a few days before trying again, this time adding a bow in hopes of swaying the other's descression. Again blood was drawn as the alphen male hadn't seen it enough.
Three more times and over the spance of a week he had tried to gain the information he saught when finally the male set forth a challenge. Tusani shifted briefly in the grass, a bug whom had saw fit to disrupt his recollection was squashed quickly with a well placed paw. Drawing another breath the wolf let the dreams inhale him again. The challenge was simple, if he had proved himself before the strongest comando of the pack then the alpha would listen to the reason the white wolf had pestered him. Tusani had complied and fought against this wolf, Balian his name had been. Of course he had lost miserably but had showed the other quite a challenge. Balian had been a student in the forces of the pack for some time, and Tusani being only a yearling Balian had far excelled his opponent. However he had spoke to the alpha of the youngen's worth and finally Tusani was able to inquire about his business.
A meeting of the pack was called at that moment, a couple tenders of the pack was summonded to lick clean the wounds of the pair. Tusani brought his predictament to the pack. Zarhai had nodded for the yearling to speak and Tusani did so. "I seek answers of my past, and a family that will hold those for me." He had begun, he took up no time at all and got to the point. "My name is Tusani, however my birth dubbance had been Katomo. I seek the ones that had cursed me with such a name." The wolves spoke amoung themselves yet he hadn't found any that had bore a son of such a dubbance.
Tusani took his leave but was joined by the comando Balian. He had led the young wolf through his journeys and taught Tusani many things. Soon the young wolf had grown fond of the older brujo, something happened that he didn't expect. He had started to treat Balian as his mentor, looking up to him for answers. The elder wolf had stuck with him for many days. He taught Tusani how to get what you wanted without having to go through so much trouble, tactful yet not having to surrender your dignity. Balian had taken the young male under his wing and showed him many different things that a father should have shown his son.
A little under three months of constant travelling had finally paid off, Tusani had learned a lot of things in that time and that his mother and father were indeed alphas of another pack. A select pack had given names of the alphas they had known. The alphess was very good friends of a fae named Shian which she had spoke constantly of three lost youngens. Katomo being one of the names she had mentioned. The fae had invited Tusani and his friend in for a few days while she sent a scout away to felt the alpha of the White Sands pack. Spring had long set in now so it was easier for the wolves to get there and back.
Tusani would never forget the day he had set eyes on his parents, the emotions he had felt were neither good nor bad, just, strange. Carter and Shian the alphas of the White Sands had left the pack in the care of their Betas while they raced towards the east again with hopes of meeting their son. Shian had recovered most of her children and had another litter since she had lost three and the prospect of Katomo being alive had driven the mother to her friend's pack in a matter of hours. Carter wasn't far behind and neither was the scout.
The den that had been picked to host the meeting the safe guarded by several warrior wolves, Balian included in the guard. "Hang on you cannot enter only few may go farther." Tusani ears had perked at that moment as if he could still hear the voices of that warm night. His feet could remember the feel of the dirt as he stepped out of the den. His muzzle and pelt was stung with the rays of moonlight, the alpha of the harboring pack had backed away while Carter had advanced on Tusani though the young wolf didn't move. He had no reason to fear, love or respect these wolves. After all if they were his parents they had abandon him. Greetings had been exchanged that night, the wolf shifted in his place as he shook his head from his dreams. Quite a while had passed as he had reminiced on his past journeys.
Sitting up he searched around, he had found out about the grissley attacking his home, his still missing two siblings and he had returned to the home his parents had fled to and met with his littermates and younger siblings. It was strange but comforting. Tusani had learned a great deal about his family and his origin and they had learned a great deal about him. Figuring out that he was a Rocky Mountain wolf and so much more this soon had not filled up a certain space in his mind.
He had spoke about his foster parents, Citali his mother, and Tribuke his father. His life at Silver Mountain and his life in the Outland pack, but when Tusani had stumbled across the speak of his friends it had unsettled his mind, but mostly when he had spoken about a fae of the Outland packlands he hadn't gained much sleep there after. Why it moved him so much upon mentioning a fae that hated him, and that he didn't exactly like, he didn't know. But for some reason Tusani's longing to meet and speak with her again grew. He didn't know who it was but he knew something had held a great deal for him and for some unknown reason he had bid his family goodbyes. He didn't belong there really, he had set out to find out where he belonged and his journey had led him back here, the place of Citali's discovery. The place that she had picked him out of the snow and shielded him in the depths of Silver Mountain.
Tusani let out a small sigh, why he was here and what he wanted to do now that he was here was unknown to him. Perhaps he would figure that out, in time.
